Photography

Photo direction begins by determining the style needed for the project. The planning process can include mood boards; shot lists; and apparel, prop, and set selection. During the shoot, the art director is on hand to evaluate the crop, lighting, and styling of the images, keeping in mind the end use of the photography. In-house photography is generally done on-site at the location where the products are warehoused. In the instances shown here I have served in the roles of photographer and image editor.  Photo editing including combined images. retouching, knockouts, and color correction.
